Can you ship to an international address?
Currently, we are only in the United State. If you live outside this area and are interested in ordering, please email us (from the "Contact" page) with your details and what you are interested in purchasing, and we will work with you to see what might be possible.


Can I order sizes not listed?
We have carefully selected sizes for each print to ensure maximum image quality, so other sizes than those listed are not available.


What are the mounting options for Aluminum prints?
All aluminum prints come with a float mount hanger.


Why are the shipping costs for the largest sizes of Aluminum and Canvas prints so high?
For these materials and sizes, a large crate is used to protect them during shipping, which increases the costs for shipping.


What if I want to return a print/prints?
Return and Refund Policy:
1. The Buyer has 30 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund for the print ordered, less shipping costs.
2. Complete the Customer Refund Request Form and email it to wesfoto@wesfoto.com including the tracking information for the returned product, and a return shipping address will be emailed back.
3. The refund will be in the same form of currency used for the original purchase.
4. Item must be in its original, unused condition.
5. Print must be returned in the original packaging along with a written explanation for the reason for the return within 14 days of requesting the return.
6. Repackage properly for shipping. Items received damaged due to improper packaging will be denied. NO EXCEPTIONS!
7. Returned print must be shipped to Seller via a company with tracking (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
8. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
9. For Buyer’s protection, insure the package for the original purchase price.
10. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
11. Seller will have 30 days from the receipt of the returned items in which to process the refund.
